Returns & Refunds


In-Store

Customers returning orders in-store can be refunded or exchanged. Items must be brought in before a refund or exchange can be processed.


Via Courier

Items returned via courier can only be refunded. We will need the order number and contact details to process the refund.We cannot offer exchanges via courier returns. A new order will have to be placed and additional delivery charges will apply.
